August Rush

Sometimes I feel there is someone out there waiting just for me (my other half, we could say). The more I compose, this feeling is getting stronger. I’d never new that this situation was the main theme of a movie, entitled August Rush (2007), that I’ve seen last night. I was amazed – from the beginning to it’s end… I almost watched it without blinking for once.

I won’t tell you what’s the movie about or write a review – useless. YOU REALLY HAVE TO MAKE SOME TIME TO SEE IT. I’m a simple guy, excuse me, I WAS a simple guy who likes music, but now this thing just got different. I can’t explain, it’s just different.

The search

This melody was written on Friday, ‎October ‎29, ‎2010. I hope you like it.

It doesn’t really have a history, but all I remember that I was searching for an answer when I started to write it. Don’t even know what was the question. I guess it’s not even important, because we all have our questions that needs to be answered. Let’s listen to this piano composition and find those answers!

Versiunea in limba romana

Aceasta melodie a fost inregistrata Vineri, 29 octombrie 2010. Sper sa va placa.

Nu pot sa spun ca are o istorie anume; tot ce stiu ca eram in cautarea unui raspuns cand am scrisa aceasta melodie. Nici macar intrebarea nu mi-o aduc aminte… dar cred ca nici nu e importanta deoarece toti avem intrebari care asteapta raspuns(uri). Sa ascultam melodia… poate ne ajuta la gasirea lor!

Pirima mea melodie scrisa nici eu nu stiu cand – My first melody wrote I don’t know when

Prin 2006 am inceput sa scriu melodii. Aceasta a fost prima mea creatie, dar atunci inca nu am avut un pian bun sa inregistrez la calitate. Aveam o orga crappy si nu suna prea bine. Acum am insa un pian electric foarte OK.
Voi pune aici ambele versiuni ca sa vedeti diferenta.

Daca va place atat de mult, incat ati vrea sa ascultati melodia de mai multe ori, va rog scrieti-mi si va trimit mp3-ul.

Auditie placuta!

PS: si eu am fost surprins sa aud cat de bine am structurat aceasta melodie, chiar daca nu mai scrisesem altele inainte.

English version

I started to compose music around year 2006. The song below was my first creation. I haven’t had a good piano like now, so the quality of the first song is not that good. I put here both versions for you to be able to make the comparison.

If you like it that much you could listen to it again and again, just wrote a comment and I’ll send you an e-mail with the melody.

PS: I was surprised to hear how well structured is this melody, because I hadn’t wrote any other before…
